This promotion is a true testament to her hard work and dedication to the firm,” said Peter Reynolds, CPA, Managing Partner of Pivot CPAs. “As an Assurance Partner, Mallory will continue to bring valuable insights, promote the growth of the department, and uphold our Pivotal values both in the office and in the field.”

Reflecting on her promotion, Mallory shared, “Being promoted to assurance partner means a great deal to me both personally and professionally. Not only is it recognition of my hard work and expertise within our firm, but it also represents a new level of responsibility and leadership. I’ve always enjoyed mentoring and training others while building lasting relationships with our clients and I look forward to continuing this as partner. At Pivot CPAs, we believe in not only helping our clients grow but also our people, as well. We promote from within and work to develop our team members, most of whom are long-tenured. I am excited for the new opportunities and challenges that come with my new role and I look forward to making a lasting impact on the firm’s growth and development.”

“As Northeast Florida’s largest local firm with deep expertise across all its major industries, we can handle the large clients and complex work, but with a personalized, values-based approach that is unique among other firms.”

Mallory offered advice for aspiring young professionals who seek to reach a Partner position:

“You’re going to have good days and you’re going to have bad days. When you think about your goals and your career, try to think about the long term. It’s easy to get discouraged on the bad days but try to stay focused on where you want to be in the long run and what you can do to get there. Stay focused, work hard, and take initiative. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and always stay true to your values.”
